the courtland hotel & spa looked charming at first, but after a loud group kept us up all night, it lost its appeal. the lack of amenities like a pool and breakfast was absurd for a place of its supposed caliber, and i woudl ve thought, as a valued guest, i at least deserved a room upgrade. i almost gave it a good review, but i just couldn’t.

Staying here provided a unique experience filled with nostalgia. The owner was exceptionally welcoming, sharing fascinating stories about the building's history. The location is ideal for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. However, a few areas could use improvement, the lack of Wi-Fi was inconvenient, and sound carried easily between rooms, occasionally disrupting the peace. The spa services were top-notch and a perfect way to unwind after exploring.
